Humanitix has a Dance Party with CODE.ORG
Dec 21st 2022
Three wise men once rapped; “You’ve gotta fight for your right to party”. Turns out, the kids learning Computer Science with Code.org were up for the task.
Last month, Humanitix USA got to participate in the Hour of Code with one of Code.org’s partner schools. We joined a bunch of raving 5th graders at Bradley International School in Denver and explored the creativity of code together in the form of a digital dance party.
"Dance Party" is an awesome program created by Code.org for students, classrooms, and communities to give coding a go. Along with the help of some cool kids, we designed a fun block code for a dancing bear. Of course, we danced our socks off too.
At Humanitix we use the power of tech to change the world for the better, so we didn’t need much convincing to partner with fellow mega-nerds at Code.org. Every dollar we donate helps kids get ahead of the tech curve and provides the world with our next generation of tech innovators.
