Host with the Most: Project by Project

Project by Project (PbP) is a 100% volunteer-led Asian American organization that helps raise awareness and funds for Asian American causes and charities. PbP selects a different theme to champion from year to year. Local chapters select a community-based non-profit that is focused on issues within that theme and tailors a year-long campaign to help its fundraising, community outreach and public awareness efforts.

Its signature fundraising event, Plate by Plate, is the Asian American community’s largest and longest standing event. Plate by Plate, an annual tasting benefit featuring star chefs, top-rated restaurants, and beverages from across the nation. Proceeds from the event will be put towards funding various initiatives such as volunteer programs or speaker series, and enable them to fund programs and initiatives put forth by its beneficiary partners.

Comprehensive reporting

“Being able to see a dashboard of all the statistics, from our earnings and donations to how many guests we had versus how many guests we were expecting - it's been really cool. Just to be able to pull reports like that and have all the info in one place is really helpful. Being able to go into each event and see when we sold the most tickets, what the demographic of our stakeholders are etc helps us understand who we are marketing to. So when marketing, we can use these insights and make informed decisions. It's always a goal of ours to sell out these events so it's been really helpful to have a platform that teaches and shows us all of that.”

“Our guests love how easy it is to get tickets. Especially when they're coming to our live launch events, where they're purchasing tickets but then also mingling with other people, they want something that's super intuitive, secure and quick.
