This conference will bring together experts from various disciplines and backgrounds under the 4 PRISM themes: Immunisation, Respiratory Viruses, Emerging Infectious Diseases and New Methods for Simulation and Modelling.

The aim of our conference is to strengthen local and regional networks and provide a platform to share strengths and capabilities as well as explore new avenues to pursue in the context of Methods and Applied Mathematics. The Conference will take place over 4 days.
An initial policy workshop (Tuesday 21st August) will be oriented towards policy advisors, public health professionals, epidemiologists and clinicians who make use of modelling outputs.
Conference day 1 (Wednesday 22nd August) will focus on modelling applications for policy and practice and may further be of interest to this group.
Conference day 2 (Thursday 23rd August) will be more methodologically oriented, running into technical workshops for individuals with existing modelling expertise on Friday 24th August.

There will be scope for contributed talks and you will have the opportunity to submit your abstract by mid March. A link with further details will be provided via email notification.
